Returns Policy

It’s important to us that your purchase is perfect; however, if for any reason your items are not the perfect fit, please contact our bra fitting specialists who will be happy to give expert fitting advice or suggest alternative styles.

Our aim is to ensure that you are delighted with your Sense Intimates purchase, however, if you are not 100% happy with your products for whatever reason, please email us within 7 days from receipt of your order at hello@senseintimates.co.uk with details of the return or items required for exchange.

UK Returns 
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery – please allow enough time for postage for items to get back to us within this period. You will be provided with a unique returns number which should be quoted in all correspondence going forward.

Please ensure the item(s) are returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached and be suitable for resale. In the interests of hygiene, please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie – we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn. If any item is returned damaged or incomplete, including packaging, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Any shipping fees associated with return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that when returning items that these through a trackable service and proof of postage is obtained. All goods are the responsibility of the customer until returned goods are received by Sense Intimates. We will send you an email to let you know once your return has arrived.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt of the items to allow for inspection. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used and you will receive an email notification of your refund once it has been completed. Processing times depend on your bank and may take up to 7 working days.

 

International Returns

UK Exchanges

Sense Intimates only offer size exchanges on the same product. Please return the item in all its original packaging – the customer will be responsible for the postage. Replacement items will be dispatched within 7 working days of receiving the original item. If your size is not in stock or for special orders, delivery may take longer, however, we will notify you by email if this is the case. If you wish to order alternative items, please place a new order on our website and follow the returns advice as outlined above.

International Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer free exchanges on international orders. If you would like to change the size of the product, please return the item within 14 days of receiving it as per our return policy outlined above and place a new order through the website.
