Our bodies are in a constant state of change and several factors can affect bra size:

• Peri-menopause

Changes in our bodies tend to be very gradual so it can be difficult to notice how our bras fit and feel over time, especially when we’re putting them on every day. A bra fitting should be booked in regularly – think of it as an MOT for your bras!

I stock 28-46 bands and AA-L cups.

I have a 175+ sizes in stock at any given point across various brands, styles and colours. Most high street shops stock around 30!

No, please don’t wait. I understand you may think it’s better to hold off as you don’t want to spend money on bras only to change size again, however, investing a couple of good well-fitting bras means you will be well supported and comfortable during your weight loss journey. As long as you’ve shared with me that you’re on a weight loss journey, I can make the best recommendations for you and work with you over time.

The fact is our bodies are always in a state of change and we deserve to feel comfortable in our bras at ANY given point, not just when we reach certain milestones or meet the conditions we place on ourselves. You are always worthy of feeling supported and comfortable in your bras.

Of course. I always fit with the bra on the body and there is no need for me to see anything more than that. You are in control and I can step out of the fitting area while you change into the bras. Once you have got the bra on, I can come back in and help you fasten it if you need help and to check the fit and make any adjustments. Your dignity is of the utmost importance and is respected at all times.

A Sense Intimates bra fitting means your appointment time is dedicated entirely to you with undivided one-to-one attention in the private fitting studio. We start your fitting consultation by have a chat about what issues/concerns you have around your bras so I know the best way to help you. You will then be expertly fitted by eye and then guided to try on various styles to see what works best for you and what you feel most comfortable in. I will also teach you how to put a bra on, how a bra should fit, feel and look on your body (a life skill!) so that you leave feeling confident and are able to make informed decisions for your body. I will also teach you to how to look after your bras so that you can get the most out of your beautiful new bras.

Yes! The private studio is also a shop and is always very well stocked. I stock 175+ sizes at any given point across various styles, colours and brands. In most cases you’ll be able to go take bras home with you – in fact, many ladies refuse to take off the bra they’ve been fitted with because they’re that comfortable! However, with the vast number of styles, sizes and colours available, it is impossible to carry everything so there may be occasions when I have to order in for you. Depending on the brand, some deliveries can take up to 2 weeks but you'll always be notified of this at the time of ordering. Orders can also be posted out to you free of charge for your convenience.

Yes, of course! The studio can comfortably fit one other person so please do feel free to bring someone. Please note the additional person won't be fitted unless the appointment is for 2 people. Unfortunately, I can’t accommodate more than 2 people in the studio so if there are additional guests, they are welcome to take a seat downstairs in the reception.
